You can contact me directly through the website with your dates, ski level, group size and what you would like to work on. I will then come back to you with availability and suggestions.

We usually meet at Mountain Air, my partner ski shop, which is located opposite the W Hotel in Verbier. It is an easy, central meeting point and a useful place if you need any last-minute equipment, advice or adjustments before heading onto the mountain.
For some lessons, we may arrange a different meeting point depending on your level, where you are staying, snow conditions or the plan for the day. I will confirm the exact meeting place with you before your lesson.
-
Yes. No insurance is included in the lesson price.
All clients are responsible for having suitable insurance, including medical, accident, rescue, third-party liability and cancellation cover. If you are skiing off-piste, you must make sure your insurance specifically covers off-piste skiing and mountain rescue.
-
Please arrive on time and ready to ski at the agreed meeting point.
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, late arrival cannot usually be made up at the end of the lesson, as I may have other commitments afterwards.
If no contact has been made and you are more than 30 minutes late, the lesson may be treated as cancelled and the full lesson fee will still apply.

To secure your lesson, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 21 days before your lesson date. For bookings made within one month of the lesson, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Lesson prices do not include lift passes, ski equipment, insurance, lunch or any additional mountain costs.

-
Yes. Family lessons are a great way to ski together, improve technique and make the most of your time on the mountain. I can adapt the session so everyone feels included and supported.

Private lessons can be one-to-one or for a small private group. For the best coaching experience, it is helpful if everyone in the group is of a similar level. The sweet spot I find is 4.

-
Yes, in most cases lessons go ahead whatever the weather. Snow, low visibility and cold conditions are all part of skiing, and learning how to manage different conditions can be a really valuable part of your development. I will always adapt the session to suit the weather, visibility, snow conditions and your confidence level, choosing appropriate terrain and taking breaks when needed.
Lessons will only be cancelled if the resort or lift company closes the ski area due to extreme weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside our control. In this case, clients should contact their travel or ski insurance provider, as this may be covered under their policy. Please make sure you have suitable insurance in place before your trip.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 21 days before the first lesson date.
Client Cancellations
More than 21 days before the lesson start date: Full refund of all monies paid, less a 10% administration fee.
14–21 days before the lesson start date: 50% refund of the total booking value.
Less than 14 days before the lesson start date: No refund.
Bookings are reserved exclusively for you and, particularly during peak periods, it is often not possible to re-sell cancelled lesson days at short notice.
Weather, Snow Conditions & Lift Operations
Skiing is an outdoor mountain activity and lessons will operate in most weather conditions, including snowfall, low visibility, wind and cold temperatures.
No refunds will be given due to adverse weather, snowfall, reduced visibility, poor snow conditions, partial lift closures, or a client's decision not to ski.
In the event that the resort is unable to operate due to a complete closure of the lift system for safety reasons, an alternative arrangement will be offered where possible. If this is not possible, a refund or credit may be offered at my discretion.
Instructor Cancellation
In the unlikely event that I am unable to deliver your lesson due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, I will endeavour to arrange a suitable replacement instructor. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided for the affected lesson(s).

What do you do in the summer?
This is probably one of the questions ski instructors are asked the most!
I love summer in the Alps and spend much of my time hiking the mountain trails. Please do ask me about summer trips — I would love to help you explore this beautiful region beyond the ski season.
I also manage chalets in resort for some of my favourite ski clients, making sure their homes are beautifully looked after while they are away and ready to enjoy when they return.
Alongside this, I have recently launched Etoile and Canvas, creating beautiful bell tent set-ups for garden parties, celebrations and special events.
